Having bought and sold several houses over the years, Sheri Burton is the BEST agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her market Knowledge, home prep advise, marking techniques and negotiating skills resulted in two offers within a day of the home going on the market and ultimately selling at list price. Her advice during the closing process was invaluable and we closed in four weeks. She did a GREAT job for us!
