After choosing the Realtor® to represent you, the next most important choice is your Lender.
You want to make sure that you choose a lender that will be on top of their game, get their job done without stressing you and who will get you to the closing table on time or ahead of schedule.
There are some items that are out of their control like the appraiser, surveyor, title company and/or you.
Your job is to get the lender, title company, and your Realtor® what they need as soon as humanly possible. This keeps everything moving smoothly and efficiently.
There are different lenders for different transactions such as Single Family, Farm and Ranch, Land and Mobile Homes.
Not to mention different programs like VA, FHA, Conventional, USDA and New Construction Loans, plus others. Talk with your lender to determine which one is best for you.
